A: We are a manufacturing factory and can accept OEM orders. Welcome to visit our factory and learn about our products.
Q 2: What is the quality of your products?
A: Our products have passed ISO9001 certification and CE certification.
Q 3: If I place an order, what is the delivery time?
A: Generally it takes 1-3 days for samples, 15-20 days for general products, or according to your requirements.
Q 4: Can I have a sample?
A: Yes, you are welcome to order samples to test and check the quality. Mixed samples are also available.
Q 5: What kind of products can you produce and sell?
A: We can produce and customize all kinds of plate heat exchanger units, plate heat exchangers and replacement plates and gaskets.
Q 6: What are the payment terms?
A: T/T, Western Union, L/C (60% deposit, 40% final payment before delivery).
Q 7: Can I get a lower price if I order a lot of products?
A: Yes. If the order is large, the price can be discounted.
Q 8: What are the transportation methods?
A: Ocean freight, air freight, international express, DHL/TNT/FedEx/UPS/EMS.
Q 9: How long is your product warranty?
A: We provide one year warranty for our products.
